Original mosaic tile floors, stained glass and exposed brick give the Met that one thing that you can’t buy – character. Since cleaning up the place in 2009, The Donnelly Pub Group has begun donating 25% of annual profits to charity organizations in Gastown and the DTES, including the Food Bank, United We Can, Gallery Gachet and others. Mega-cheap drinks, amazingly off-kilter people, good times.
